complete work
3 License Keys
4 Personal Data, Photographs and
Documents, if required by the work carried out for you such
as creating Microsoft Accounts, etc
5 Serial Numbers, Configurations and Other
Information relevant to your Computer, Network and Location
as required
WHAT WE DO WITH THIS DATA
1 To
create Invoices and comply with requirements of HM Revenue &
Customs Record Keeping
2 To setup and Configure your systems
and/or effect repairs and upgrades of same
3 To install software supplied by
Compuwight or you as the customer
4 To create user accounts required to
setup and Configure your systems and/or effect repairs and
upgrades of same
5 To setup and Configure your systems
and/or effect repairs and upgrades of same AND to register
warranties/guarantees
SECURITY
We are committed to ensuring that your information is
secure.
Information is only recorded in hand written format and kept
in a locked Office to prevent unauthorised access or
disclosure
Information is NOT stored in electronic format.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
1 Invoice data will be retained for 7
years to comply with HM Revenue & Customs Record Keeping
2 Usernames and Passwords will be
destroyed 30 days after delivery
3 License Keys will be destroyed 30 days
after delivery
4 Personal Data is returned or destroyed
30 days after delivery
5 All other Information is destroyed 30
days after delivery with the EXCEPTION of warranty/guarantee
information which is kept for the duration of same
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
You have the right to find out what data Compuwight store about you and you have the right to:-
1 be informed about how your
data is being used
2 have access to personal data
3 have incorrect data updated

invoice data required to comply with HM Revenue & Customs
